Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland ordered “Saragossa” FC and football player Francelino Matuzalem to pay about EUR 13.5 mln to Shakhtar FC (Donetsk).
The press service of Shakhtar FC disclosed to UNIAN that the FC received today a notice about decision of the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland to reject claims of “Saragossa” FC and Francelino Matuzalem.
Moreover, the Federal Supreme Court of Switzerland imposed all legal costs of the appeal consideration on “Saragossa” FC and Francelino Matuzalem.
