Parliamentary majority likely to number 300 lawmakers by May

Verkhovna Rada Speaker Oleksander Moroz is confident that by May the parliamentary majority will number 300 lawmakers.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this in Vinnytsia at a joint meeting of the Vinnytsia Oblast State Administration board and the coordination council for issues of local governments at the Oblast Council chief.

According to the information of O.Moroz, tomorrow some 10 lawmakers will enter the parliamentary majority. “By May there will be 300 of them, and let nobody lie that it is done for money”, O.Moroz stressed.

He emphasized that today it is humiliating for many lawmakers to leave the chamber as a team of horses, “following him or her”, because somebody strives for power.
