Ukraine has already received the first tranche (USD 1.89 billion ) of the new loan of the International Monetary Fund (IMF).
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine Serhiy Tigipko said this to journalists.
At the same time S. Tigipko added that USD 1 billion out of this sum will be directed to cover the state budget deficit.

“ 1 USD billion will be directed to finance the budget deficit and USD 890 mn will be directed to NBU currency reserves”, he said.
According to the words of the Vice Prime Minister, the second tranche is expected in December, however it is necessary to meet every parameter of the cooperation program with the IMF.
