Yanukovych arrived in Germany on official visit

The Ukrainian delegation headed by President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych arrived in Germany on one-day official visit.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, in accordance with the program of the visit, the meeting ceremony of the President of Ukraine and Federal Chancellor of Germany Angela Merkel will take place in some minutes.

Members of the official delegations will take part in a working lunch, after which V. Yanukovych and A. Merkel will hold a news conference for Ukrainian and German mass media.

The guard of honour of Bundeswehr is meeting the President of Ukraine near the residence of Federal Chancellor of Germany now. The national flags of Ukraine, Germany and the European Union are hoisted near the entrance to the premises.
