      According to the information of the President’s press-office, only this will keep the legitimacy of the coalition’s existence and will give guarantees to opposition activities, Victor Yushchenko is convinced. First of all, a political decision must be made concerning the responsibility of lawmakers for dropping factions, that is, concerning the imperative mandate.

      The President demands to form as early as today a joint address of the President and the Prime Minister to the Constitutional Court concerning the imperative mandate.
