Parliament to adopt draft law on culture in first reading

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine adopted a draft law “On Culture” in the first reading.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, 303 out of 406 lawmakers registered in the session hall voted for this decision.

The draft law defines legal principles of the state policy in culture area, regulates public relations connected with creation, use, distribution and preservation of cultural values.
