Judges did not accept resignation of the Constitutional Court chairman

The member judges of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine have not accepted the resignation of CC chief Ivan Dombrovskiy today.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, journalists were told about his by top deputy Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers Iryna Lukash.

“They have a collegial procedure of election, and, respectively – a collegial procedure of dismissal”, she specified.
