CC finished consideration of part of hearings on constitutionality of political reform-2004

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine finished open hearings concerning the case on constitutional submission of 252 lawmakers about correspondence of the Law of Ukraine “On Introducing Amendments into Constitution of Ukraine” № 2222-IV, from December 8, 2004 to Constitution of Ukraine.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chairman of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine Anatoliy Golovin said this.

He noted that after oral hearings judges got down to the closed part of the plenary session.
