Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych considers it impossible to fulfill the decision of the Security Council on providing money for early election from the reserve fund by April 7.
He claimed this at a press conference today, answering the question of an UNIAN correspondent.
“It is impossible”, the Prime Minister said.
Speaking about providing funds for the election from the reserve fund, Victor Yanukovych stressed that to do so, it is necessary to receive a consent of the Verkhovna Rada, which was dissolved with the President’s decree.
According to him, the budget does not stipulate any early elections in the nearest future.
As UNIAN reported earlier, today the Security Council obliged the government of Ukraine to provide money for the election from the reserve fund by April 7 and register visas for official observers representing foreign countries and international organizations
