Constitutional Court began to consider case on constitutionality of President’s decree

The Constitutional Court of Ukraine began to consider the case on constitutionality of President’s decree on dissolving the parliament.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych claimed this to a press conference today.

According to his information, the court prepared to consider it, or has already begun the consideration.
