The Constitutional Court of Ukraine recognized Law of Ukraine “On Amendments Into Constitution of Ukraine” from December 8, 2004 №2222-IV to be out of line with Constitution of Ukraine because of breach of consideration and adoption procedure of this law.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, chairman of the Court Anatoliy Golovin announced the corresponding decision of the Constitutional Court today.
