Tymoshenko regretted that she did not come to agreement with Yanukovych

Yulia Tymoshenko believes that it is her big defeat that she did not succeed in introducing amendments into Constitution in spring 2009.

She said this in an interview to “Zerkalo Nedeli”  weekly.
