Yanukovych to declare October 13 Day of Morning

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych is about to declare October 13 Day of Morning for people who perished in the traffic accident in the Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the head of the state said this today in Dnipropetrovsk before his speech at the broadened session of the regional Committee on economic reforms.

Before his speech the President of Ukraine expressed condolences to families of those killed in the traffic accident.
