The plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada has not started yet.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, as of 10.20 am the leaders of the Verkhovna Rada have not entered into the session hall because BYUT lawmakers blocked the rostrum and presidium of the Verkhovna Rada. They demand to improve social policy of the government.
