Yanukovych signed decree on celebration of 15th anniversary of Constitution of Ukraine

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych signed a Decree “On celebration of the 15th  anniversary of Constitution of Ukraine”.

According to the official internet-mission of the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine received instructions to elaborate and approve a plan of measures on preparation and celebration of the 15th anniversary of Constitution of Ukraine.
