Yanukovych “to tear off heads” to Mayors if they do not take up sewerage system

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych promised “to tear off heads” to oppositional leaders who do not want to solve important problems of people.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, it was said during the speech of the head of the state at the broadened meeting with administrative-economic activists of the Ivano-Frankovsk Oblast concerning issues of development of the Oblast that takes place today in Kalush city.

The President noted that he is a partner of all local leaders, particularly, in solving important problems for the Oblast.
