Azarov congratulated Baloha on appointment to post of Emergency Minister

Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov congratulated Victor Baloha on appointment to the position of the Emergency Minister.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, M. Azarov presented a bunch of flowers and gift to V. Baloha at the session of the Cabinet of Ministers today.
