Viktor Yanukovych noted that it was impossible to start systemic reforms, first of all, due to the unstable political situation.

According to the Head of State the changes already undertaken "have already yielded some positive results". "The economy has responded to the reforms. We have about 5% growth of GDP, the industrial production has risen by 12%, we have reduced the budget deficit this year from 12 to 5%,” the President said.

Viktor Yanukovych noted that the foundation was laid this year for reforms in all the areas.
