The submission of the State Budget 2011 by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and its adoption in the first reading has to take place in the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine tomorrow, on December 14.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn said this during the session of Conciliatory Council today.
