Plenary session of Verkhovna Rada did not start yet

As of 11.10 am the plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine has not started yet.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, lawmakers from the BYUT-Batkivshchyna faction continue blocking the rostrum presidium and also governmental box.

There are about 40 BYUT lawmakers in the session hall.
