UN Secretary General to take part in Chernobyl conference – Azarov

UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon will take part in the International conference “25 years after Chernobyl Accident. Safety for the Future” that will be held on April 20-22, 2011.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this today during the meeting with Minister of Tourism of Israel Stas Misezhnikov.

“A consent concerning participation of the UN Secretary General in this meeting has already been achieved”, said M. Azarov.
