President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych arrived in Kharkiv on a working visit.
The press service of Kharkiv Oblast State Administration disclosed to UNIAN that the aircraft of the President made a landing in “Kharkiv” international airport. Chairman of the OSA, Kharkiv City Chairman Gennadiy Kernes and chairman of Kharkiv Oblast Council Serhiy Chernov met the President in the airport.
As UNIAN reported earlier, during the visit to Kharkiv V. Yanukovych will take part in a wreath laying ceremony to Memorial complex to soldiers perished in Afghanistan; he will acquaint himself with work of “Hartron” OJSC. The head of the state will also take part in a broadened session of the regional Committee on economic reforms and will communicate with mass media representatives.
