Yanukovych signed decree on creation of Constitutional Assembly

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych signed a Decree on support an initiation of President of Ukraine in 1991-1994 Leonid Kravchuk concerning creation of the Constitutional Assembly for preparation of amendments to Constitution of Ukraine.
