Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan to pay visit to Ukraine on Feb. 23-24

Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov will pay an official visit to Ukraine on February 23-24.

The Information Policy Department of the Foreign Ministry of Ukraine disclosed to UNIAN that negotiations of Foreign Minister of Ukraine Konstyantyn Hryshchenko and Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan Elmar Mammadyarov are to take place on February 23.

An accreditation for mass media representatives finishes at 13.00 pm on February 23.
