NATO is ready to help Ukraine in carrying out of reforms.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, NATO Secretary General Anders Fogh Rasmussen said this at the joint news conference with Foreign Minister of Ukraine Konstyantyn Hryshchenko.

“NATO is ready to help Ukraine in process of reforms. Particularly, we have an appropriate experience in carrying out of defense reform and we are ready to help Ukraine in this area if Ukraine has a corresponding wish”, said   A. Rasmussen.

According to his words, NATO is ready to discuss possibility of cooperation in such areas as energy security, cyber security and security at sea. He noted that Ukraine and NATO have such efficient institution of cooperation as Ukraine-NATO Commission  and the Alliance wants to continue cooperation within the frameworks of this institution.
