Leader of the Party of Regions faction Oleksandr Yefremov assures that he will do everything to ensure a personal presence of lawmakers from the Party of Regions at the sessions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, O. Yefremov said this at the press conference commenting the corresponding request of the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and answering the question how he will ensure a presence of such lawmakers like Rinat Akhmetov.
“We will work to ensure presence of lawmakers in the plenary sessions”, said O. Yefremov.
Speaking about work of some lawmakers, in accordance with the words of O. Yefremov besides R. Akhmetov there are other lawmakers who do not take part in the plenary sessions.
At the same time, according to his words, speaking about R. Akhmetov, his group of experts works in the parliament and helps considerably in elaboration of draft laws. “That is why I can say that his (R. Akhmetov-UNIAN) participation in a legislative work is very efficient”, said O. Yefremov.
