Dobkin helped “starving” Kyiv

The Kharkiv Oblast passed to Kyiv 300 tonnes of buckwheat.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chairman of Kharkiv Oblast State Administration Mykhaylo Dobkin said this at the news conference.

“Recently we passed 300 tonnes of buckwheat to Kyiv. It is our help to starving Kyiv. We have enough buckwheat up to the next crop”, joked the governor.

M. Dobkin noted an “unhealthy pother” about situation with buckwheat in Ukraine and said that as of today there is no deficit of buckwheat in Ukraine.
