Yulia Tymoshenko has expressed condolences to the people and the Government of Japan in connection with the tragedy that occurred as a result of the natural disaster, according to Official website of Yulia Tymoshenko.
"The Block of Yulia Tymoshenko and the Batkivshchyna party are deeply saddened by the tragedy that occurred in Japan. The disaster has killed many people, destroyed hundreds of homes and highways, and has left many families homeless. We extend our sincere condolences to the people of Japan and along with you we bow our heads in the blessed memory of the victims. We wish you courage and unity to overcome the consequences of the catastrophe and survive the disaster together," condolence message says.
The letter was addressed to the Government of Japan through its diplomatic mission in Ukraine.
