Verkhovna Rada allowed to finance early election

The Verkhovna Rada adopted in the first reading amendments into Law of Ukraine “On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2007”.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, the law stipulates allocating 365 million hryvnias for financing the early election of national deputies of Ukraine.

The draft law determines that the expenses on the budget program of carrying out the early election will be covered only in case if the election will take place no sooner than on 29 September 2007.
