President to deliver Annual address in VRU during morning session – Martynyuk

President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych will deliver an Annual address about interior and foreign state of Ukraine on Thursday at the beginning of the morning session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.

First Deputy Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Adam Martynyuk who chairs the Conciliatory Council said this.
