Wind park gets license

The “Vertryaniy Park Novoazovskiy” wind energy station is announced to be commissioned soon, according to KyivWeekly. The National Energy Regulatory Commission issued a 20-year license to the company for generating electricity. The company’s spokesman told E-Media that the 9 facilities at the station can provide electricity to the entire Novoazovskiy Country in the Donetsk Oblast, which has a population of more than 40,000.

This year the stations plans to install 10 windmills and another 43 windmills are slated to be installed in two years. The station will operate on the green energy tariffs and its commissioning is planned for the end of this spring or early this summer.
