Ukrainian government will take into account the criticisms of an international human rights watch organization Freedom House, President Viktor Yanukovych said talking to the media in the Vinnytsya region, according to the Press office of President Viktor Yanukovych.

"Fair criticism should be taken into account and we will do so. As to our disagreements – time will tell. But nobody can solve problems for us on our land unless we do it," Viktor Yanukovych said.

According to the President, he has carefully studied the report by Freedom House and saw positive points in the document too, particularly it stating that the executive authorities have started to work better.

The President stressed that the government has started reforms in the country, because of a large amount of accumulated problems, many of which have become "chronic."

"I can be blamed for sometimes making tough decisions. But it is the requirement of time, and it is necessary that we establish order in their country as soon as possible," Viktor Yanukovych said.
