PACE President regrets that he can not meet with Tymoshenko

President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe  Mevlut Cavusoglu regrets that he will not meet with leader of the Ukrainian opposition Yulia Tymoshenko.

He said this at the news conference in Strasbourg today.

“I was informed that she plans to arrive, she asked me for a meeting and I agreed with pleasure”, said M. Cavusoglu.

At the same time he noted that later he found out that Yu. Tymoshenko is refused permission to exit from Ukraine.

“It is a juridical decision”, he said.

“I am very sorry she can not arrive”, added the PACE President.
