Judge Rodion Kireyev of the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv has set June 29, 10 a.m., as the start of proceedings on the merits of the case against former Ukrainian Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko, having denied all the motions filed by the defense in the preliminary hearing, according to the Official website of Yulia Tymoshenko.

The case will be considered by a single judge.

The judge also denied Yulia Tymoshenko’s request for permission to travel within Ukraine and abroad.
