Today’s session at the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv in the criminal case against Yulia Tymoshenko over gas agreements from 2009 has been adjourned until 3 pm, according to Official website of Yulia Tymoshenko.
After hearing the opinion of both parties regarding Yulia Tymoshenko’s refusal of the services of her lawyer Mykola Tytarenko and request for three days, starting Tuesday, July 12, to find new counsel, Judge Rodion Kireyev announced that the court is going to the deliberation room.
Earlier today, Yulia Tymoshenko said she is refusing the services of lawyer Mykola Tytarenko since the court is not giving him the opportunity to properly defend her by providing additional time to review the case file.
