President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych signed a decree, by which he dismissed Anatoliy Blyznyuk from the post of chairman of Donetsk Oblast State Administration.
By other decree he appointed A. Blyznyuk Minister of Regional Development, Building and Housing and Communal Services of Ukraine.
