Prosecutor finishes reading indictment of Tymoshenko

State prosecution represented by prosecutor of the Prosecutor General’s Office Lilia Frolova finished repeated reading of indictment on the criminal case against ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko concerning signing the gas agreements with Russia in 2009.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, repeated reading lasted almost 4 hours.

In accordance with indictment, Yu. Tymoshenko exceeded her authority when she having signed the gas agreements with Russia in 2009. In particular, the PGO believes that sole actions of Yu. Tymoshenko led to grave consequences and caused damage to the state.
