Tymoshenko’s defense demands to return Tymoshenko’s case to PGO for specification of indictment

The defense of Yulia Tymoshenko asks Pechersk District Court of Kyiv to return the criminal case against ex Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko concerning signing of the gas agreements with Russia in 2009 for specification of indictment.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, attorney Oleksandr Plakhotnyuk made the corresponding motion.

According to his words, the text of the indictment that was read in the court today does not meet the text that was passed to Yu. Tymoshenko.
