Judge of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv Rodion Kireyev entered the materials from ex Prime Minister Yu. Tymoshenko’s blog on Twitter into the case file concerning the gas agreements with Russia 2009.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, R. Kireyev announced this decision after finding out the origin of the relevant entries of Yulia Tymoshenko; entries were provided by a representative of Public Prosecutions Lilia Frolova.
As UNIAN reported earlier, prosecutor Lilia Frolova asked the court to enter the materials from ex Prime Minister Yu. Tymoshenko’s blog on Twitter into the case file concerning her attitude towards events in the court, activity of judge Rodion Kireyev, prosecutors, power, and also materials and interviews of adherents of Yu. Tymoshenko in electronic media.
This motion raised a laugh in the courtroom and Yu. Tymoshenko.
“Shoot me!”, said Yu. Tymoshenko , smiling and looking at prosecutor L. Frolova.
