Ex Transport Minister of Ukraine Vinskyi to testify at court hearing

Ex Transport Minister of Ukraine Iosif Vinskyi was summoned as a witness from the side of the state prosecution to Pechersk District Court of Kyiv concerning the criminal case against former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko.
