Judge of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv Rodion Kireyev announced a resolution on chancing the preventive punishment towards former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko from written undertaking not to leave the country to taking into custody.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, R. Kireyev made this decision during an 1 hour break that was announced in the court hearing.
