Former adviser of the President of Ukraine Bohdan  Sokolovskyi asks Pechersk District Court of Kyiv not to summon him as a witness to interrogation on the criminal case against former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko from August 10 to September 1.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Bohdan  Sokolovskyi applied to the court today.

He explains his application by the fact of urgent “need of personal (state of health) and job-related issue”.

According to the words of B. Sokolovskyi, during this period he will work outside of Kyiv under guidance of his chief – lawmaker of Ukraine Victor Matchuk.
