Chair judge on the case against Yu. Tymoshenko of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv Rodion Kireyev says that in accordance with information of the Prosecutor General’s Office one of the witnesses of the prosecution on the criminal case against former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko former first deputy Chief of Staff of the Secretariat of the President Oleksandr Shlapak is abroad from July 24.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, R. Kireyev said this at the beginning of the court hearing on the criminal case against Yu. Tymoshenko concerning the gas agreements with Russia in 2009.

According to the words of R. Kireyev, the PGO also said that in accordance with information of the State Border Service three other witnesses – former President of Ukraine Victor Yushchenko, his former adviser Bohdan Sokolovskyi and former Finance Minister Victor Pinzenyk did not cross the state border.
