Court denied motion of Tymoshenko concerning recusal of prosecutors

The court denied motion of former Prime Minister of Ukraine Yulia Tymoshenko concerning recusal of representatives of the state prosecution – prosecutors Oleksandr Mykytenko and Lilia Frolova.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, chair judge of Pechersk District Court of Kyiv Rodion Kireyev said this after the break in the court hearing on Yulia Tymoshenko’s case.
