The van carrying former Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko arrived from the Lukyanivka prison at the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv this morning at 8:05 – two hours before the start of today’s hearing in the so-called "gas" case, according to the Official web site of Yulia Tymoshenko.

Yulia Tymoshenko’s supporters met the vehicle at the arch by the Pechersk Court with shouts of "Yulia, we’re with you!", "Down with the gang!" and "Free Yulia!"

Representatives of opposition parties have gathered near the court building. They are holding flags of USDP, Homeland Defenders Party, People’s Self-Defense, Batkivshchyna, For Ukraine, Rukh and Front of Change.

Buses with Berkut special police are parked, as usual, along Khreshchatyk and Bohdan Khmelnytsky streets. There is a heavy police presence outside the court.
