Ukraine can not join the Customs Union because Ukraine is already a member of the World Trade Organization.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this delivering an open lecture for students of Kyiv National University of Taras Shevchenko “Place and perspectives of Ukraine in unstable and changeable world”.
