Azarov announces death of Naftogaz

Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC will stop to exist after its reorganization.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov said this at the press conference today.

He noted that not only a gas producer but also a gas transiting company will be separated from Naftogaz. At the same time M. Azarov said that if the company stops to exist, it would serve as a cause to revise effective gas contracts with Gazprom.

At the same time he underlined that all loan commitments of Naftogaz of Ukraine NJSC are under guarantee of the state and will be fulfilled.
