9th session of Verkhovna Rada of 6th convocation opens

The 9th session of the Verkhovna Rada of 6th convocation opened.

According to an UNIAN correspondent, President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych is present at the opening of the session.

329 lawmakers of Ukraine registered in the session hall.

Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Volodymyr Lytvyn announced that representatives of high courts of Ukraine, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Victor Pshonka, ombudsman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Nina Karpachova, former Presidents of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk and Leonid Kuchma arrived in the parliament for opening of the session of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
