The words “Party of Regions” were cut off from the banner above the stage during the concert on the occasion of the Day of City in Luhansk on Saturday.
It was done before performances of the artists.
According to received information, the logo was cut off at insistence of leader of Okean Elzy band Svyatoslav Vakarchuk who refused to sing on the stage decorated with symbols of the Party of Regions.
