President of Ukraine Victor Yanukovych lays some claims to the draft state budget-2012.
According to an UNIAN correspondent, he said this delivering a speech at the meeting of the Council of Regions in Kyiv today.
The President reminded that the parliament will start working on the draft state budget-2012 in coming future.
